Cashback Terms & Conditions

• Customers who meet the campaign eligibility criteria will be rewarded with cashback of BHD 7.

• The campaign is valid only for customers residing in Bahrain and making eligible purchases through Mothercare’s official website or mobile application.

• The campaign runs from October 5, 3:00 PM until October 20, both dates inclusive (campaign period).

• To qualify for the cashback, customers must place an order with a minimum value of BHD 50, excluding home, electronics, and best-price products.

• Participation is open only to customers who have a valid and active Shukran account at the time of participation and cashback fulfilment.

• Cashback will be credited to the eligible customer’s Shukran account and will expire 30 days from the date of credit.

• Cashback is redeemable at Mothercare only.

• Mothercare reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and validate transactions before confirming cashback entitlement.

• Mothercare reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, tampering, misuse, or violation of these terms & conditions.

• Entries or transactions generated through bulk registrations, multiple accounts, automated systems, bots, or any other unfair or unauthorised means may be deemed invalid and cancelled without notice.

• Mothercare shall not be liable for any technical errors, system failures, network disruptions, delays, or other issues that may affect participation in the campaign or cashback crediting.

• Mothercare shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance or use of the cashback.

• Mothercare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend, shorten, suspend, modify, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice and without liability, subject to applicable laws.

• Participation in this campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions and Mothercare’s validation, verification, and decision-making processes, which shall be final and binding.
