  • Shukran Millionaire Campaign – Ramadan

    This promotion is licensed by the relevant authorities in Bahrain.
    The campaign will run from 18 February 2026 until 19 March 2026.

    This promotion is exclusively open to members of the Shukran Loyalty Program.

    Prize:
    - One grand prize of 1,000,000 Shukrans.
    - The prize is equivalent to a value of BHD 5000.
    - The one million Shukrans are valid for one year from the date the points are credited to the winner’s Shukran account.
    - Shukrans are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Participation Criteria and General Terms

    - This promotion is exclusively open to members of the Shukran Loyalty Program.
    - Participation is valid within the Kingdom of Bahrain only.
    - Participants must have an active Shukran account linked to a valid and verified mobile number.
    - Employees of Landmark Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    - Entry into the competition is counted when a member completes a qualifying transaction of BHD 23 at any participating Landmark Group store in Bahrain or through the official websites or applications of participating Landmark Group brands in Bahrain.
    - Each eligible invoice with a minimum spends of BHD 23 will earn one entry into the raffle draw.
    - The total number of entries will increase for the same invoice based on multiples of BHD 23 (e.g., BHD 46 = 2 entries, BHD 69 = 3 entries, etc.).
    - For in-store purchases, customers must complete the registration through the campaign QR code available at participating Landmark Group stores.
    - For online or app purchases, a registration link will be sent to the email address registered in the customer’s Shukran account after the transaction is completed, and the customer must complete the registration to be entered into the draw.
    - To participate, customers must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    - A member’s participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
    - One winner will be selected through a random raffle draw.
    - The draw will be conducted by a specialized committee in the presence of an official representative from the relevant government authority, if required.
    - The draw process and validation will follow the same methodology as the original campaign Terms & Conditions.
    - The winner will be announced within 30 days of the campaign end date.
    - The winner will be contacted using the details registered in their Shukran account.
    - The prize will be credited within seven days of the winner’s confirmation.
    - Winners must present a valid ID for verification purposes.
    - If the participant’s details do not match the ID information, Landmark Group reserves the right to disqualify the winner and conduct a redraw.
    - No additional purchase or attendance during the raffle draw is required to claim the prize.
    - If a participant violates any of the Terms & Conditions or fails to claim the prize within six months of notification. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, it will be handed over to MOIC in accordance with applicable requirements.
    - Landmark Group reserves the right to photograph or record the winner during prize fulfilment for promotional purposes.
    - All decisions related to the campaign are final and fall under the authority of the Shukran Program of Landmark Group.

  • What are security tags and why do I have to remove them?

    If you have bought clothing from us, you may notice a soft tag on one of the inner seams. This is the security tag. You'll find it sewn on next to the garment care or washing instructions label.

    You must remove this security tag to prevent it from being reactivated. Take care not to cut too close to the seam and damage the garment.

    Do remember that once you remove the tag, you will not be able to return or exchange the product. Of course, if the item is defective, we'll gladly take it back even without the security tag.
